Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer size exchanges and replacements only.

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds are issued only if the product is defective and replacement is unavailable.


Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Requests after this period will not be accepted.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be in resellable condition

Items failing inspection will not be eligible for exchange.


Exchange Process

Customers must request exchange through our support team.

Once approved:

  1. Reverse pickup will be arranged

  2. Product will undergo inspection at warehouse

  3. Replacement will be shipped after approval


Reverse Shipping Charges

A small reverse shipping fee may apply for exchanges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos

Requests without proof may not be accepted.


Inspection

All returned items are inspected at the warehouse.

If the item is:

  • Used

  • Washed

  • Damaged

  • Missing tags

The exchange request will be rejected.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
